The Bartender role at Life Time is an essential position within the company’s cafe or bar setting, where the employee focuses on providing exceptional beverage service while upholding all state and local alcohol serving laws. This position requires preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with attention to detail and quality, following specific recipes, and adding appropriate garnishes. The bartender interacts directly with customers and members, ensuring timely service, verifying age identification, processing payments, and addressing inquiries courteously. A clean and sanitary environment is maintained at all times by cleaning surfaces, furniture, and equipment regularly, as well as managing inventory to restock liquors, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients. The bartender is also responsible for reconciling the bar's cash register at the end of each shift. The role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 2 years of bartending experience and required certifications to serve alcohol. The position is hourly, with wages starting at $15.00 and going up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
