Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or baking experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Excellent personal hygiene
  • Clear communication abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in baking or food preparation preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce biscuits with bold flavor, great height, and appealing presentation
  • Maintain consistency in texture, color, rise, and flavor across batches
  • Keep the biscuit station stocked, organized, and ready for service
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and leadership regarding timing and needs
  • Support teammates proactively and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment
  • Maintain high sanitation standards and follow all food safety guidelines
  • Complete cleaning tasks including dishwashing as assigned
  • Demonstrate pride in a positive, honest, and energetic kitchen culture
