Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months or more experience in retail or customer-facing environment
Proven sales and customer service achievements
Ability to travel within your market
Strong communication skills
Bilingual Spanish as required based on location
Self-motivated and goal driven
Attention to detail and accuracy
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Six months or more experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role
Proven achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service
Ability to travel to various locations as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule

Job Duties

Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day
Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process
Educating customers on all Metro by T-Mobile products and services
Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
Handling all customer situations to completely satisfy customers' needs
Assisting the Store Manager in assigned tasks for personal or team benefit
Completing all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Nextar
Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others
