The role being offered is a Customer Service Representative position at First National Bank Texas.   • High school diploma or equivalency or currently attending high school
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
  • Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must successfully pass background investigation
  • Ability to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash
  • Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services
  • Follow established bank policies as per supervisor direction
  • Achieve monthly new account production targets
  • Participate in active sales environment including in-store aisle prospecting
  • Process deposits and payout funds while ensuring transaction accuracy
  • Receive and verify cash and checks for deposit
  • Examine cash for counterfeit checks and identification
  • Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts
  • Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, bank wires, certificates of deposit
  • Process Western Union wires and cash advances
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Provide services to a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
