The current opening is for a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant in Miami, FL 33134, offering an hourly pay rate between $17 and $19. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be a vital part of the property management team, responsible for guiding prospective and current residents through the leasing process while delivering an exceptional living experience.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Proficiency with basic computer tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required, along with experience or familiarity with leasing software like Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, or MRI considered a plus. The role includes some weekend work to meet operational demands. Job Duties
- greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads
- assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
- collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins
- communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
- follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
- ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate
- seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
- manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
- promptly respond to calls, emails, and inquiries
