Job Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 13 to May 18, 2026
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Previous experience in event staff or customer service preferred
- Ability to follow a dress code including black pants, white shirt, and black shoes
- Reliable transportation or ability to access the Metro
- Willingness to undergo training on May 13
- Physical ability to stand and assist with setup and breakdown as needed
Job Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (Spanish required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level attendees
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all attendees
- Assist with registration, check-in, and badge distribution
- Direct guests to appropriate areas, sessions, or lines
- Monitor attendee flow and maintain organized entry points
- Staff information desks and respond to general inquiries
- Support breakout rooms and session logistics
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times
