Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 13 to May 18, 2026
  • Professional and courteous communication skills
  • Previous experience in event staff or customer service preferred
  • Ability to follow a dress code including black pants, white shirt, and black shoes
  • Reliable transportation or ability to access the Metro
  • Willingness to undergo training on May 13
  • Physical ability to stand and assist with setup and breakdown as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual (Spanish required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level attendees
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts
  • Previous event, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to all attendees
  • Assist with registration, check-in, and badge distribution
  • Direct guests to appropriate areas, sessions, or lines
  • Monitor attendee flow and maintain organized entry points
  • Staff information desks and respond to general inquiries
  • Support breakout rooms and session logistics
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times
