The Customer Service Representative role at PFG Customized Distribution is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.   • 12 months customer service experience in warehouse or foodservice industry or related industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to finish, and rotating Saturdays and holidays as needed

  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary
  • Attend training and Customer Service meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
