Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 months customer service experience in warehouse, foodservice or related industry
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • availability to work Monday through Friday 7am finish
  • willing to work rotating Saturdays and holidays
  • ability to perform administrative duties
  • effective communication skills
  • teamwork oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 months customer service experience within warehouse, foodservice industry or related industry
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am to finish, with rotating Saturdays and holidays

Job Duties

  • Input customer orders
  • input customer credits
  • input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner
  • assist customers with orders and problems
  • contact vendors and request samples for customers
  • provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary
  • attend training and customer service meetings
  • perform other related duties as assigned
