This specific opportunity at TTEC is for a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative who will work remotely. The position is geared towards individuals passionate about helping others and looking to advance their career by becoming a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. This role is unique in that TTEC invests in your professional growth by providing paid training, covering all licensing fees, and supporting continuing education. Candidates will have the chance to prepare for and take their state insurance exam while earning a base wage of $16.00 per hour during the study period. After obtaining the license, employees can look forward to increased base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. This role is remote and exclusively available to residents in select states including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah, with specific exclusions detailed on the company's job site.

Your responsibilities in this role will include assisting customers in understanding insurance coverage options and helping them choose products that meet their personal needs. You will provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, which may involve answering inbound calls or conducting outreach for follow-ups. Success in this role comes from responding to customer inquiries with empathy, active listening, and efficient problem-solving while identifying opportunities to upgrade products or services to better serve clients. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months sales experience with strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • High speed internet with at least 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • Aptitude, self-discipline and tenacity to learn and pass state insurance licensing exam

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum six months sales experience with strong customer service skills including empathy, compassion and listening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigation skills and experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • Aptitude, self-discipline and tenacity to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate
  • Ability to pass state licensing exam

Job Duties

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales where you could accept inbound or might be calling out to provide follow up
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Participate in instructor-led online training sessions with webcam video and audio
  • Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and report to a Team Lead
