Job Requirements
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- must live in Columbus or Cincinnati, OH or Lexington or Louisville, KY
- ability to travel around 60% of the time
- 4+ years of senior leadership experience in hotel operations or hospitality fields such as food and beverage, restaurants, catering
- 2+ years of financial oversight and budget management
- 1+ year of experience in outside or B2B sales
- experience managing multiple markets or locations
- hands-on approach, comfortable stepping in to support recruiting, onboarding, or training when needed
- strong emotional intelligence and people-first leadership style
- proficiency with computers and eagerness to learn new platforms
- valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Job Duties
- build sustainable partnerships with hotel leadership teams through transparent and proactive communication
- guide market teams in developing thoughtful client service strategies and driving local engagement
- support team leaders in following up on client feedback, addressing concerns, and aligning with hotel initiatives
- resolve escalated client issues efficiently and professionally
- promote a culture of inclusivity, trust, and motivation across associate teams
- mentor and coach market leaders to help them grow their leadership skills and strengthen team performance
- collaborate on business development efforts using a consultative, hands-on approach
- support strategy and execution of market pricing and rate proposals for new and existing clients
- support execution of recruiting strategies and workforce planning to ensure top-tier service delivery
- monitor and analyze retention and turnover data to identify risks and opportunities
- support compliance with safety protocols and workers compensation efforts
- set clear KPIs and performance expectations with market leaders
- track market performance, review client satisfaction metrics, and promote continuous improvement
- partner with corporate and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and streamline support
- participate in company-wide initiatives, pilots, and innovation efforts
- ensure a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in each market
