We are currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Rockville, MD 20852. This role is essential for fostering positive relationships with both prospective and current residents by guiding them smoothly through the leasing process and ensuring an outstanding living experience. As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in marketing available apartments, conducting property tours, processing leases, and managing renewals. Your fluency in English and Spanish will be crucial in communicating lease agreements, policies, and community guidelines effectively, helping to build trust and satisfaction among a diverse client base.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 to $22 per hour and requires availability for weekend shifts when necessary. The Leasing Consultant will report directly to the property manager and work closely with other team members to maintain high occupancy rates and resident retention. Ideal candidates will bring experience from leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail sectors and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities.

Key responsibilities include greeting potential residents, conducting apartment tours, assessing housing needs, assisting with leasing documentation, collecting payments, and following up on leads. Leveraging creative marketing techniques to attract new residents and ensuring all units are move-in ready is essential. Moreover, managing the lease renewal process and retention efforts, along with timely communication via calls and emails, will be integral parts of this role.
