Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a bicycle service center
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a clean work environment
  • Proactive approach to learning and professional development
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to write clear and accurate work orders

  • Minimum of 3 years of bicycle service center experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and anticipate operational needs

  • Demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills
  • Proven ability to manage workflow and service KPIs effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the service center operations to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service experiences
  • Train and develop service team members to maintain high performance and hospitality standards
  • Manage service costs and ensure accurate service order organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service department environment
  • Engage with customers to recommend appropriate services and ensure their needs are met
  • Oversee timely bike assembly and delivery to support sales and customer satisfaction
