One of its flagship operations includes managing food and beverage services at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, the home of the NHL's Seattle Kraken, WNBA's Seattle Storm, and a premier destination for live music and entertainment. Climate Pledge Arena stands out as the first net zero-certified arena in the world, showcasing Delaware North's commitment to sustainability and innovation. Their Climate Collective initiative offers one of the most locally focused and sustainable menus within the sports and entertainment industry, reflecting their dedication to environmental responsibility and top-tier guest experiences.

Delaware North prides itself on investing in its employees' growth and well-being, offering flexible employment options in iconic locations such as sports arenas, national parks, and casinos. The company nurtures a supportive and diverse workplace culture where all team members are valued and given opportunities to develop their careers, whether in restaurants, hotels, sports, gaming, operations, or retail sectors. This inclusive approach is evident with Delaware North’s standing as an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

The part-time Beverage Supervisor role at Climate Pledge Arena offers a unique opportunity for hospitality enthusiasts who are passionate about bartending and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This position involves supporting bar operations to maintain efficient service and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences during events. The role requires managing staff productivity, supervising compliance with company policies, maintaining health and safety standards, and overseeing inventory and financial reconciliations. Offering a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour, this position provides the chance to work within a historic venue while helping to shape green and sustainable hospitality initiatives.

As a Beverage Supervisor, you will take on responsibilities such as overseeing bar set-up and closing on event days, managing personnel actions including promotions and disciplinary measures, ensuring adherence to appearance and uniform guidelines, and assisting bartenders during busy periods. The position demands a personnel-oriented approach, solid knowledge of draft beer and beverage service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage sales reports and inventory tracking. Physical endurance is also essential, given the standing, walking, and lifting requirements inherent in a bar environment.

Delaware North also emphasizes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support its employees’ personal and professional well-being. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, flexible working schedules, and for eligible team members, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursements. This total rewards strategy ensures that team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver excellent service nightly.

By joining Delaware North as a part-time Beverage Supervisor, you become part of a global legacy—a family-owned company with a century-long history of hospitality excellence. Whether you aim to grow within Delaware North or gain valuable industry experience, this role in the vibrant, renewable energy-powered Climate Pledge Arena will place you at the intersection of sustainable hospitality, cutting-edge event management, and team leadership development. If you thrive in dynamic settings and want to contribute to creating memorable guest experiences, this is a perfect opportunity to advance your hospitality career with a reputable, forward-thinking employer.
