Job Requirements
- Two to five years experience in bar operations and managing personnel
- Alcohol Beverage Control card
- Applicable health certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in bar operations and managing personnel with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Assists with the development and managing of the budget for the beverage department
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Reviews staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels employment
- Delegate authority and assigns responsibilities
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates
- Manages department financial data
- Reviews beverage activities and promotions with Beverage Manager
- Monitor and adjust performance to local competition
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
