We are currently seeking full-time Beverage Service Professionals to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced and social environment. As a Beverage Service Professional, you will be responsible for preparing specialty drinks such as coffee, tea, and other beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. This position is designed for those who enjoy working independently with limited supervision, have strong communication skills, and possess a fundamental understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

In this role, you will be using a register or POS system to manage payment transactions efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments. You will greet customers warmly, anticipate their needs, and offer excellent service by adhering to brand and facility standards. Setting up and breaking down the coffee bar or workstation will be part of your daily duties, with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Maintaining a sanitary work area by cleaning and sanitizing equipment regularly and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations are critical responsibilities. You will also be expected to manage the cash drawer accurately, complete cashier paperwork, and securely handle bank deposits according to Aramark’s cash management policies.

This position requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary to ensure safety and hygiene. Completion of a Food Handling Certification is mandatory to comply with health regulations. While previous customer service experience and cash handling skills are preferred, they are not strictly required. Prior barista experience is a plus but not essential.
