The role in question is a Beverage Server position offered by Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid State Service License
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to adhere to company dress code and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
Knowledge of state liquor laws
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Basic cash handling skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Report to work at the assigned time in uniform with name tag, state badge and P.O.S computer card
Read Bulletin Board on daily basis to remain current on information regarding the day's business
Perform daily opening and closing requisition for ordering beverage supplies
Welcome guests upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
Properly check guest IDs for serving alcoholic beverages
Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each according to standard recipes
Provide fast (10 minutes or less round time), friendly and professional beverage service carrying full trays on every round
Take drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in drink preparation and present drinks to guests
Maintain clean and stocked workstation
Handle money according to proper cash handling policies
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed according to guidelines
Promote all casino events, programs and amenities
Collaborate effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors and slots supervisors
Provide personalized service and use guest names
Resolve service problems in accordance with guidelines
Maintain knowledge of state liquor laws and company policies
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
