Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months to one year of food or beverage server experience
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- must pass background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screening
- knowledge of state liquor laws
- ability to follow cash handling procedures
- willingness to wear company-provided uniform
- ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- minimum six months to one year of food or beverage server experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- certificate in mixology is preferred
- must undergo Alcohol Awareness Certification training on an ongoing basis
- basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities
- ability to deliver a high level of customer service that creates a positive, memorable entertainment experience
- professional demeanor with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food and beverage items
- ability to make cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
