Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum six months to one year of food or beverage server experience
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
must pass background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screening
knowledge of state liquor laws
ability to follow cash handling procedures
willingness to wear company-provided uniform
ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required
minimum six months to one year of food or beverage server experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
certificate in mixology is preferred
must undergo Alcohol Awareness Certification training on an ongoing basis
basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities
ability to deliver a high level of customer service that creates a positive, memorable entertainment experience
professional demeanor with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
knowledge of food and beverage items
ability to make cash transactions accurately
knowledge and compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures

Job Duties

Take guest orders
serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner
adhere to cash handling procedures
ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary
adhere to state liquor laws and Alcohol Awareness Certification training guidelines
keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times
adhere to beverage control procedures
adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
promote positive guest and team member relations
