Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage service or bartending preferred
- Ability to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be at least the legal age for serving alcohol in the state of employment
- Flexible availability for working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender is highly beneficial

Job Duties
- Welcome customers, record drink orders, and accurately process cash and credit card payments
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Efficiently manage the service well to provide drinks to the waitstaff as needed
- Strictly follow alcohol service policies and safety guidelines, including age verification for all patrons
- Adhere to established company protocols and procedures for secure cash handling
- Set up and break down workstations with a strong focus on cleaning and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are properly stocked and organized
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing proactive service and anticipating customer needs
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with guests, clients, and team members
- Follow security protocols to safeguard all company assets and equipment
