Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
  • proven leadership and management abilities
  • strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
  • aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
  • ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
  • adhere to uniform and appearance standards
  • complete ongoing certifications and training, including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift heavy items
  • ability to maintain a brisk pace while ensuring quality service

Job Qualifications
