We are currently seeking an experienced Beverage Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of our bar operations. This essential leadership role is focused on delivering the highest quality beverages, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring that both staff and guests enjoy a superior experience. The Beverage Operations Manager will play a fundamental role in overseeing staff performance, upholding strict compliance with all health and safety regulations including ServSafe and OSHA standards, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability. This role demands a dynamic manager who can inspire and motivate their team, drive innovation by scouting new vendor partnerships, and foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and business growth. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with management in front and back of house
proven leadership and management abilities
strong communication skills
aptitude for motivating employees
ability to remain calm and tactful
adhere to uniform and appearance standards
complete ongoing certifications including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
physically able to stand for extended periods
able to lift heavy items
maintain brisk pace while ensuring quality service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

proven leadership and management abilities
strong communication skills and ability to follow directions carefully
aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment

Job Duties

Deliver consistent, high-quality beverages to customers
manage inventory effectively to maintain adequate stock levels
create an inviting atmosphere that maximizes customer satisfaction
address and resolve customer complaints with efficiency
regularly assess product quality and seek out new vendor opportunities
train and supervise bar staff to ensure product knowledge and adherence to policies
maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
