Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with management in front and back of house
- proven leadership and management abilities
- strong communication skills
- aptitude for motivating employees
- ability to remain calm and tactful
- adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- complete ongoing certifications including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- physically able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift heavy items
- maintain brisk pace while ensuring quality service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
- proven leadership and management abilities
- strong communication skills and ability to follow directions carefully
- aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
- ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
- knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
Job Duties
- Deliver consistent, high-quality beverages to customers
