Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in beverage management or head bartender role
  • extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
  • passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality
  • certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a beverage management or head bartender role, preferably in a high-end or craft cocktail environment
  • extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
  • passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality
  • certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • design and update seasonal craft cocktail menus, wine lists, and spirits offerings
  • oversee daily bar operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to control spending and waste
  • build relationships with distributors and negotiate favorable pricing and partnerships
  • collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop bar promotions and experiences
  • handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
