Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in beverage management or head bartender role
- extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
- passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- design and update seasonal craft cocktail menus, wine lists, and spirits offerings
- oversee daily bar operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cleanliness
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to control spending and waste
- build relationships with distributors and negotiate favorable pricing and partnerships
- collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop bar promotions and experiences
- handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
