Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beverage management preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, mixology, and beverage trends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
  • Sommelier certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all beverage outlets including bars, restaurants, minibars, and in-room dining beverage program
  • Curate and maintain an elevated beverage program including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
  • Develop creative, seasonally inspired drink menus in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams
  • Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to ensure profitability and minimize waste
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and suppliers to secure premium products
  • Train, mentor, and supervise bar and service staff to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and health and safety standards
  • Monitor guest feedback and industry trends to continuously enhance the beverage experience
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all beverage operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all beverage outlets
