Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
- food handling certification mandatory
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capacity to lift and carry moderate weights
- compliance with health and safety protocols
- proficiency in English

- mathematical skills for accurate counting
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Operate register/POS system to manage transactions and cash handling
- welcome and assist customers with a friendly approach
- prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- manage cash drawer and document transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar and workstations
- adhere to food and drink handling protocols to ensure sanitation
- restock beverage coolers, utensils, and sauces
- perform additional assignments as directed by management
