Job Requirements

Obtaining the Food Handling Certification is required
physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
may be essential to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
proficiency in English reading and communication
sound mathematical skills
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
background in customer service is preferred
history of cash handling is preferred
adherence to dress code

Job Duties

Accurately process cash and credit card payments using the register or POS system
provide a friendly welcome to clients, proactively anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in strict accordance with brand standards
prepare and present food items that meet all establishment quality and service guidelines
balance the cash drawer, maintain precise transaction records, and manage daily deposit procedures
strictly comply with Aramark’s established policies for secure cash management
handle the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and retail areas to maintain a clean and organized space
maintain a sanitary workspace by consistently disinfecting equipment, tools, and surfaces
monitor and replenish beverage coolers, grab-and-go snacks, serving utensils, and condiments
follow all food and beverage handling protocols to ensure high sanitation standards and safety
execute additional tasks and diverse assignments as requested by the management team
