Job Description
Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is a prominent leader in the vacation ownership industry, known for its unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous growth. At HGV, team members are valued and encouraged to bring their best, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment. One of the premier properties within the HGV family is Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations resort located in the heart of Las Vegas, often referred to as the entertainment capital of the world. Elara offers a luxurious resort experience featuring 1,200 guest rooms and suites ranging from studios to four-bedroom configurations. The resort is designed to provide world-class amenities with an emphasis on creating memorable hospitality experiences for its guests. The vibrant atmosphere and prime location make Elara a sought-after destination for travelers looking for comfort and entertainment combined.
The Beverage Attendant role at Elara presents an exciting opportunity to be part of this esteemed team. This position is integral to delivering exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming and clean environment, setting up and maintaining food and beverage areas, and facilitating smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff. The Beverage Attendant engages directly with guests by greeting them warmly and maintaining a hospitable atmosphere throughout their visit. One of the key responsibilities is managing the breakfast buffet and evening hors d’oeuvres setups, ensuring that these refreshment areas are presented with high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
The role requires close attention to detail, especially in monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and promptly reporting any shortages to maintain seamless service. The Beverage Attendant is also responsible for adhering to strict Health, Safety, and Sanitation policies, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of both guests and team members. This position calls for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently, communicating effectively, and maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
In this role, flexible working hours are a necessity, as shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is also important, as it involves extended periods of standing and walking, along with occasional lifting and bending. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Food Handlers card and a valid TAM card as prerequisites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their career in hospitality within a company that values diversity and equal opportunity. Hilton Grand Vacations actively promotes an inclusive workplace and provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities throughout the employment process.
