Job Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service or hospitality experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Food Handlers card
- valid TAM card
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to push, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
- flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service or hospitality experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask
- strong customer service-oriented attitude
- valid Food Handlers card
- valid TAM card
Job Duties
- Greet guests
- ensure high quality, comfortable and clean environment for guests
- set up, maintain and break down breakfast buffet and evening hour hors d'oeuvres
- clean tables, remove dishes (bussing), ensuring the guest area remains orderly
- monitor inventory levels, stock supplies, and report shortages
- act as a liaison between front of house and kitchen staff to ensure food freshness
- adhere to Health, Safety, and Sanitation policies
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment to all guests
