Responsibilities include restocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and maintaining bar and furniture cleanliness according to Sheraton's high standards. The candidate must be comfortable with various physical activities such as lifting and moving objects under 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and maneuvering in different environments within the hotel.

Candidates are expected to uphold company policies, follow safety procedures, report maintenance or safety hazards promptly, and complete any necessary safety training. The role also emphasizes professionalism in appearance and conduct, confidentiality regarding company information, and fostering a respectful, supportive team environment. Communication skills are critical, including the ability to greet guests warmly, use professional language, and adhere to proper telephone etiquette.

This role does not require prior experience or supervisory skills, making it an appropriate entry-level position for those looking to grow within the hospitality sector. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, is necessary.

Employees joining Sheraton gain access to comprehensive benefits, including medical and retirement options, paid time off which covers earned leave and sick days, life and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
