Job Duties
- Provide rapid, unscripted, and personalized support to Walmart Plus members via phone and priority chat
- Anticipate member needs and proactively manage accounts to prevent service issues
- Monitor high-value grocery deliveries and communicate proactively about delays
- Serve as an expert on all Walmart Plus benefits including fuel rewards and streaming services
- Educate members on maximizing their Walmart Plus subscription
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable reports
- Collaborate with corporate teams to enhance member experience
