Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
  • Experience with high volume production and catering
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Duties

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
  • Work with the chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
  • Lead and manage a team of associates
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction
