Job Description

Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company that oversees a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, dining, and entertainment venues across the United States. Known for its entrepreneurial management style and owners mentality, Davidson Hospitality combines the personalized service of a small company with the extensive expertise and resources of a larger organization. It serves as a trusted partner and preferred operator for several top brands including Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Marriott, and Margaritaville. The company is structured into four specialized operating verticals: Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group, each designed to deliver exceptional value and service to owners, guests, and team members alike.

Davidson Hospitality prides itself on its commitment to enriching the lives and well-being of its employees through a comprehensive benefits package, as well as fostering a culture that emphasizes quality hospitality and teamwork. Employees at Davidson are not simply working jobs; they are participating in a meaningful mission to redefine hospitality standards. The company's legacy is built on delivering a guest experience that is warm, welcoming, and professional, supported by employee development and recognition programs which highlight the importance of every team member in the company’s success.

The Bell Staff position is a key role within the Davidson Hospitality Group that focuses on enhancing guest experiences by providing attentive and courteous service. Bell Staff are responsible for assisting guests with luggage, packages, and any special requests, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This position also involves safely transporting guests using the hotel shuttle where applicable, helping guests navigate the hotel's facilities, and providing information about local attractions and hotel operations. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to anticipate guests' needs while maintaining a professional demeanor.

This role requires one year of prior guest services or bell experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with the local area. Fluency in English — reading, writing, and speaking — is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues. Davidson Hospitality Group offers a supportive work environment that encourages personal growth and values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Employees enjoy a variety of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and participation in retirement savings plans. Davidson Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace that conducts pre-employment screenings and participates in E-Verify.
