The role of the Bell Attendant/Valet at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is designed for energetic, service-oriented, positive, and self-motivated individuals who play a key role in shaping the first impression guests have upon arrival. Starting at $15.15 per hour plus tips, this part-time position requires availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working alongside front desk hosts, bell attendants are responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage and other personal items, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. Additionally, bell attendants valet guest vehicles and operate the house-car to transport guests to nearby locations as requested. In some cases, they may also provide guest transport using a golf cart.

The Bell Attendant must maintain the presentation of the front drive area and assist with stocking water in the valet and front desk fridges to enhance guest comfort and service. This role requires physical stamina to lift, push, or pull moderate amounts of weight and the ability to walk in an outdoor environment for extended periods.
