The Behavior Technician role at ABS Kids is an impactful position designed for those passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorder. Whether entry-level or seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), the company offers various part-time shifts aligned with your availability. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children using ABA therapy techniques to teach real-life skills, including social, emotional, motor, and daily living skills. You will be responsible for collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress to assist in tracking development and adjusting interventions accordingly. The position pays between $20.50 and $24.50 per hour, with additional increases for obtaining RBT certification.
