The company prides itself on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated and all employees have the opportunity to thrive. ABS Kids is driven by its mission to provide effective ABA therapy and behavioral support that produce meaningful improvements in children’s everyday lives. As an established leader in its field, ABS Kids offers a culture rich with collaboration, innovation, and a shared sense of purpose among its workforce. The organization is highly invested in the professional development and well-being of its team members, offering ongoing training, career advancement pathways, and comprehensive benefits designed to support both personal and professional growth.

The role offered is that of an entry-level to seasoned Behavior Technician, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions, with variable part-time shifts available. Employees in this role work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, providing one-on-one ABA therapy and developmental support services. This position is instrumental in helping children develop crucial life skills including motor skills, personal hygiene, social and emotional regulation, and daily living activities such as potty training. Behavior Technicians at ABS Kids utilize play, patience, and evidence-based ABA techniques to teach these skills while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for their clients. The position requires reliable transportation as staff travel to client homes and various locations to deliver services.

ABS Kids offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with additional pay increments for obtaining RBT certification. The company also supports professional development by providing paid RBT certification training, no prior experience necessary, emphasizing a learn-on-the-job approach. Bonuses ranging from $500 to $1000 are available based on experience, with premium pay for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English or other languages. Employees earn paid time off for every hour worked, 401(k) plans with company matching, paid drive time or mileage reimbursement, and other attractive benefits. ABS Kids fosters a career-growth environment with the LAUNCH career path that includes clear milestones, rewards, promotions, referral bonuses, continuing education, CPR and safety training, and mental health and financial support resources.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in children’s lives, eager to build transferable skills in behavioral health, and committed to working in a respectful, fun, and supportive company culture. Whether you have experience as a nanny, teacher, caregiver, or have studied social sciences, this role at ABS Kids provides the tools and opportunities you need to grow while positively impacting the lives of children and families. Join ABS Kids to start or advance your career in ABA therapy and be part of a dedicated team dedicated to creating brighter futures for children.
