The position of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mindcolor Autism is pivotal in delivering personalized 1:1 treatment to clients with autism spectrum disorder under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs apply the principles of ABA to teach clients various essential skills including functional communication, social interaction, coping mechanisms, and more.
