Job Description

Mindcolor Autism is a compassionate and client-focused organization founded in 2019 with a mission to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families affected by autism. Emphasizing four core principles—client-centric service, a best-in-class team, a culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy—Mindcolor Autism is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care measured by the success and progress of the children and families it serves. The company has built a reputation for its commitment to quality over quantity, fostering an environment where every child is given the support and encouragement necessary to thrive.

As a growing leader in the field of ABA therapy, Mindcolor offers a nurturing workplace culture centered on collaboration, open communication, and meaningful connections. The staff works closely with caregivers to celebrate every achievement, big or small, and continually advocates for the best possible outcomes in each child’s developmental journey. Mindcolor Autism actively invests in its employees by providing growth opportunities, professional development, and comprehensive support.

The role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mindcolor Autism is critical to the organization’s mission. RBTs are frontline clinical providers who work directly with children under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These professionals utilize evidence-based ABA methods to teach functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and other essential abilities tailored to each client’s needs. The RBT position is a full-time role typically offering up to 40 hours per week during center operations. This position demands compassion, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset to effectively contribute to the positive development of children served by Mindcolor.

Mindcolor provides a supportive environment where RBTs receive ongoing training, performance feedback, and opportunities for career advancement such as becoming Peer Mentors or participating in the Student Analyst Program for future BCBA candidates. The company values work-life balance and prioritizes employee well-being by offering paid administrative time, a structured rewards system, and multiple benefits designed to support health, future savings, and professional growth.

RBTs will spend the majority of their time engaging clients one-on-one or in small groups, implementing individualized behavior plans, and consistently collecting data to guide treatment decisions. Organizational skills are key since about 20% of the role involves documenting progress and communicating with supervisors and families within ethical and professional boundaries. With a focus on positive behavior promotion and safe handling of challenging behaviors, the position requires dedication, patience, and proactive collaboration with the broader clinical team.

In summary, a Registered Behavior Technician at Mindcolor Autism plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of children with autism by delivering personalized ABA therapy in a compassionate and professional setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about behavioral health and child development who want to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic company that values its team members as much as its clients.
