Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Availability to work 12-20 hours per week
  • Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of home furnishing products
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in retail sales
  • Preferably experience in the home furnishing sector
  • Familiarity with basic design principles
  • Knowledge of modular furniture planning
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work part-time with weekend availability

Job Duties

  • Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales
  • Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely
  • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers
  • Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs
  • Maximizing sales while maintaining profitability by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products
  • Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability
  • Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in or involving your product range
