As a Rack Beauty Concierge at Nordstrom, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience within the beauty department. This includes executing inventory processes meticulously—making sure merchandise is properly checked in, ticketed, and displayed. You will collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor attractive and shopper-friendly by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening merchandise throughout the day.

Handling challenging customer situations with poise and professionalism is a key aspect of this role. You will work to defuse any concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction. This position demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as solid math capabilities to manage transactions and inventory accurately.

Physically, the Rack Beauty Concierge role requires frequent movement, bending, twisting, and reaching as you handle merchandise. You should be comfortable lifting items regularly weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The role also entails the continuous use of your hands for manipulating products and assisting customers.

Nordstrom offers this position as an hourly role with a pay range between $18.85 and $19.65 per hour, depending on location, experience, and skills.
