This role is for a Bay Host at Topgolf, a position that plays a critical part in delivering exceptional guest services. Bay Hosts are ambassadors of the Topgolf brand, responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive, providing them with information about the venue’s offerings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their visit. The Bay Host will take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas. They assist guests with bay setup, including instruction on how to use Topgolf’s innovative technology, enhancing the overall entertainment experience.

In this position, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the Bay Host interacts directly with guests and addresses inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring team members to be attentive, organized, and efficient under pressure. The role also demands compliance with safety and health regulations, as well as adherence to company core values such as Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. This is a tip-eligible position with a pay rate of $9.00 per hour, suitable for individuals aged 19 and older. Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
