Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and enhance guest experience
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Job Duties
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to the visit
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a welcoming space ensuring Players have everything they need
- Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and assist in keeping bays clean and safe
