Job Duties

Mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine
upselling premium liquors and special cocktails to increase sales
greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
taking and processing drink orders and engaging with patrons
multitasking by handling multiple drink orders and requests simultaneously
keeping the bar clean and organized
regularly cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment
processing payments and handling customer tabs responsibly
monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
restocking bar supplies and tracking inventory
complying with local and state alcohol regulations including ID checks and refusing service to underage or intoxicated customers
