The Baytender role at Golfinity is pivotal in creating an outstanding guest experience by combining expert beverage service with excellent customer engagement. We are looking for a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Baytender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests following standardized recipes, interacting with members to take and run orders, and providing personalized recommendations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas to ensure a premium experience for all members and guests. Additionally, you will handle customer payments, ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations, and monitor inventory levels to keep the bars well stocked. Working closely with the kitchen team to synchronize the delivery of food and drinks, the Baytender fosters a seamless service flow.

This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities in Austin, TX. Compensation starts from $5.00 per hour, and the position includes benefits such as employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and paid training.
