Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- positive and polite attitude
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to perform additional related duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a server or bartender preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong multitasking ability
- knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- passion for food, beverages, and customer service
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service and hospitality in the bar area
- prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- restock bar supplies and inventory
- multitask efficiently while engaging with guests
- comply with all state regulations regarding alcohol service
