- Ability to obtain and maintain required company certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to operate bar-related machines and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and well-organized food prep and bar area
- Serve and assist guests with drinks and inquiries
- Mix a variety of drinks accurately
- Operate bar equipment including cash registers and dishwashers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle cash transactions and make change correctly
