Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to carry full food and drink trays
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
- Flexible schedule
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
- Valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and high-energy personality
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
- Ability to be a contributing member of the team in building sales through a community of returning customers
- Develop an efficient work pace to keep customers satisfied
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) and have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and offering recommendations
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to establishment standards and recipes
- Use correct glassware and measurement tools for perfect pours
- Promote menu items and assist customers in exploring the beverage offerings
- Support a fun and positive work environment as part of the team
