Job Requirements

Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
Ability to carry full food and drink trays
Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
Flexible schedule
Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
Valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Outgoing, friendly, and high-energy personality
Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
Ability to be a contributing member of the team in building sales through a community of returning customers
Develop an efficient work pace to keep customers satisfied
Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) and have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and offering recommendations
Ensure all beverages are prepared according to establishment standards and recipes
Use correct glassware and measurement tools for perfect pours
Promote menu items and assist customers in exploring the beverage offerings
Support a fun and positive work environment as part of the team
