Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least 1 year of high volume bar experience
  • Need to be ServSafe certified or obtain the certification
  • Must be available for 2026 State Fair and Wisconsin Expo events
  • Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system and credit card processing
  • Flexible work schedule

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of high volume bar experience
  • Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system and credit card processing
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment
  • Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
