Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of high volume bar experience
- Need to be ServSafe certified or obtain the certification
- Must be available for 2026 State Fair and Wisconsin Expo events
- Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system and credit card processing
- Flexible work schedule

- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- At least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment
- Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
- Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
