This part-time Bartender Tipped position is based at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans and offers a competitive hourly wage of $20. The role demands employees with flexible availability, able to work varying shifts and hours to meet the needs of busy events and conventions. Bartenders at Sodexo Live play a vital role by providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent teamwork, as bartenders collaborate closely with wait staff to ensure prompt delivery and high-quality service. Tasks include greeting guests, mixing drinks with appropriate garnishes, maintaining a fully stocked and equipped bar, accurately managing inventory, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift and move heavy items, and perform repetitive motions.
