We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality while maintaining professionalism at all times. This role involves performing a variety of duties to ensure proper service steps are followed efficiently and smoothly. The successful bartender will provide polite, professional, and courteous customer service, effectively communicate with co-workers and guests, and skillfully mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to established recipes. Responsibilities also include serving wine, bottled, or draft beer, taking beverage orders from both serving staff and directly from guests, and accurately handling transactions including sales accounting and tip recording according to company policies. The bartender will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience by being well-versed in our product offerings and actively promoting current specials and food and beverage items.

Our bartender role also requires compliance with all legal requirements, including checking guests' identification to meet minimum age restrictions for alcohol consumption, and the completion of assigned side work to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency. Physical demands of the role include the ability to handle and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as the stamina to move efficiently around the bar, lounge, and kitchen areas while handling utensils and products safely. Flexibility in working nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary to meet the operational needs of the business. Candidates with formal bartending training and certifications, including alcohol awareness and health permits, are preferred.
