Job Requirements
- 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Passion for crafting personal guest experiences
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with credit card and cash handling procedures
- Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications if applicable
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of bartending experience

- Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits

- Proficient in credit card and cash handling procedures
- Accurate recording of tip-out sheets and billing
- Food Handler Certification
- Alcohol Serving Certification if applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks for guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Act as an advocate for the bar/restaurant and create personalized guest experiences
- Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages
- Pour drinks using standard pours according to specifications, and process orders accurately in the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers by filling orders
- Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or behaves rudely
- Maintain cleanliness by filling and cleaning ice bins, cleaning shelves, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
- Stock beer and wine coolers, change kegs, empty trash cans, and unpack deliveries
- Follow uniform and grooming specifications
- Communicate cooperatively with support team and management
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a team environment
