The seasonal Bartender role at Rocky’s Bar offers an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and high-expectation environment. The position is part-time, with shifts available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including both AM and PM hours, spanning from September 2026 to February 2027. As a bartender, you will be entrusted with upholding the food and beverage service standards set forth by One Off Hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your role will involve maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor, assisting guests with food and drink selections, and catering to dietary restrictions or allergies with attentiveness and knowledge. Beyond cocktail preparation, you will also be responsible for monitoring inventory, keeping the bar area orderly, and handling logistical duties such as receiving deliveries and changing kegs.

The role reports directly to the General Manager and is classified as hourly, non-exempt employment.
