Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Bartending training and certification
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift 20-40 lbs and push up to 100 lbs
- Ability to maneuver in narrow areas and bend/kneel as required
- Must be able to work in physically strenuous environments with prolonged standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful and highly emotional situations with tact and understanding
- Ability to operate cash register and accurately count cash
- Highly organized with attention to detail in busy environments
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
