Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
- Knowledge of bar equipment and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and lift moderate weights during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in upscale beverage programming
- Deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
- Ability to curate complicated cocktail recipes
- Availability to work AM, PM, and weekends
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including sanitation standards
- Provide intimate, personalized guest service focusing on drink quality and guest interaction
- Comply with all state and local laws regarding beverage service and consumption
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
- Engage with guests to promote beverage offerings and upsell specialty cocktails
- Collaborate with F&B team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
